Gli Urban X Awards 2025, presentati da Bad Dragon, hanno annunciato la lista completa delle nomination per l’edizione che si terrà il 17 agosto 2025 al The Regent Theater DTLA di Los Angeles. Il prestigioso evento, che celebra l’eccellenza nell’industria adult con particolare focus sulla diversity e l’inclusività, ha rivelato le candidature per 50 categorie, confermandosi uno degli appuntamenti più attesi dell’anno.
Le votazioni sono aperte e rimarranno attive fino al 1 agosto, permettendo ai fan di esprimere le proprie preferenze per i performer, i creator e i professionisti che hanno contraddistinto l’anno appena trascorso. L’evento sarà condotto da Ebony Mystique e Isiah Maxwell, quest’ultimo vincitore del premio Best Actor nell’edizione 2024.
Le categorie principali
Tra le categorie più competitive spicca Female Performer of the Year, che vede candidati nomi di primo piano come Nicole Kitt, Lulu Chu, Kira Noir, Kazumi, Violet Myers, Ana Foxxx e Blake Blossom. Violet Myers, vincitrice del titolo lo scorso anno, torna in lizza per difendere il suo trono, mentre Nicole Kitt – che ha conquistato il premio Best Actress nel 2024 – punta al double.
La categoria Male Performer of the Year presenta una forte competizione con Scotty P, Isiah Maxwell, Jason Luv, Seth Gamble e Ricky Johnson tra i favoriti.
Particolare attenzione meritano le categorie dedicate ai content creator, che riflettono l’evoluzione dell’industria verso le piattaforme digitali. Per Female Content Creator of the Year sono in lizza performer come Lissa Aires, Destiny Mira, Jade Teen ed Ebony Mystique, mentre per la controparte maschile spiccano nomi come Dr Stretch, Rome Major, Lil D e King Noire.

Gli Urban X Awards si confermano un evento inclusivo con categorie dedicate a tutte le identità di genere e orientamenti sessuali. La categoria Transgender Star of the Year vede candidate performer come Emma Rose, Eva Maxim, Leilani Li e Zariah Aura, mentre Best Trans Masculine Performer include Luke Hudson, Viktor Belmont e Buck Angel.
La categoria Pansexual Performer of the Year testimonia l’attenzione dell’evento verso la rappresentanza LGBTQ+, con nomination per Colby Jansen, King Noire, Rodrigo Amor e Dante Colle.
Weekend di eventi
Come tradizione, gli Urban X Awards 2025 prevedono un weekend ricco di appuntamenti. Si inizia venerdì 15 agosto con la Urban X Lingerie Party, presentata da Dukes Dollz ed Erotic Sky Magazine, seguita sabato 16 agosto dalla Urban X Pink & White Party, presentata da Violet Myers. Il weekend si conclude domenica 17 agosto con la cerimonia di premiazione vera e propria che prevede il red carpet dalle 17:00 alle 19:00 e l’Award Show dalle 19:30 alle 23:00.
